This book presents the essence of the author, Inna Segal’s healing methods. The way she presents the information in this book is easy to understand by all ages and it can help you to know the health problem that you encounter. It’s a useful reference book, as it will help you in healing physical, mental and spiritual ailments by your own energy and mind to heal yourself. Plus, she has divided this book into four sections which are, physical ailments, emotions, colour and body system, all sections come with a handy index. So, I highly recommend you read this book.

'101 Optimal Life Foods' reviewed by Ady Aldrick Yus Alisus, Sabah State Library HQ Intern

Basically, this book was pretty good. A lot of advice on what type of foods you should eat for different ailments. The author also gives a lot of ‘good food’ recipes at the end every section of the books. If you want to practice healthy lifestyle, I highly recommend you read this book.
